Our telephony provider is planning on doing maintenance to improve the stability of their calling platform, which could temporarily affect calling in Close.io.

This maintenance will start on Sunday Oct 9th 03:00 UTC (Oct 9th 20:00 PST) for 4 hours until Sunday Oct 9th 07:00 am UTC (Oct 9th 00:00 AM PST).

Although, we have made our best effort to ensure that you have no downtime or service disruption during this maintenance, you may still experience:

- intermittent call disconnections
- intermittent inbound and outbound call errors and timeouts
- intermittent registration errors and timeouts
